There are five levels of membership:

  • Patriot $30 annual dues
  • Dual Patriot $45 annual dues
  • Family Patriot $60 annual dues
  • Patriot Academic (Full-time student) $15 annual dues
  • Patriot Military (Active duty) $25 annual dues
